Recipe Six: Sleepy Milk Recipe
Trouble falling asleep? Then you've come to the right place! This warm drink smells and tastes amazing, plus, it's super quick and easy to whip up!
This drink can act as a little snack before bed as well. Since milk is high in protein, it's a filling and low calorie choice! If you prefer using a skim milk, it cuts out some fat while still helping you avoid late night snacking!
Tip: You can add as much, or as little, sweetener or spices as you like, and even try out your own variations!

You Will Need:
- 1-2 Cups of chosen dairy (double the recipe per cup!)
- 1 Tablespoon of sweetener (I used honey)
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
- Heat up the milk in a pot, over medium heat
- Stir in your ingredients (a whisk or a fork will help seperate the spices)
- Ladle out the desired amount into mugs and enjoy!
